Sundays:

  • 10:15 am - TONED

Tuesdays:

  • 5:45 pm - Barre (50min)

Thursdays:

  • 12:15 pm Flow

  • 6 pm - Barre (60 min)

Weekly Availability:

Mondays:

  • 6 am - 7 pm

Tuesdays:

  • 6 am - 3 pm

Thursdays:

  • 6 am - 10 am

  • 2 pm - 4 pm

Fridays:

  • 1 pm - 7 pm

Saturdays:

  • 12 pm - 5 pm
