why i decided to make a change
I was at my lowest/most frustrated/most challenged/most stuck point when I was feeling weak and like I couldn’t save my own life if I had to. I was craving shopping/food/tv, to escape from having to take care of myself.
In order to achieve strength and health, I had to shift from old habits and fear to courage and self-love. To learn more about this, I turned to my local gym and certification course. Others, YouTube, training/workshops, thousands of hours of practice, and more.
When I achieved/made it/shifted to healthy. I felt strong, and confident.
I went from poor lifestyle to focusing on what is good and feels good so I could live strong and healthy until I die.
